Professional Coaching Skills - Training Programme

Striding Out believes coaching is a powerful tool for inspiring, supporting and empowering others, and we want to share these skills with you.

• Achieve a ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches

During the four day training course you will receive training in the following areas:

Participate in this training if you are:

• Wanting to be an effective manager or leader
• Providing mentoring or coaching to others as part of a volunteer or work role.
• Enhancing your CV to progress up the career ladder.
• Passionate about empowering and inspiring others around you.

To participate in this programme, you will need to be a practising team leader or manager of people. If you are not currently working, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or work related project for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.

 The tuition cost covers four days training, 4 x one to one supervision telephone sessions and the ILM qualification.

The cost of the course is £650, which includes all of the training, supervision and qualification costs. We may be able to access funding to cover these costs so please do register if you are interested in attending and we can talk to you about the funding and eligibility criteria. 

• Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
• Assessing different learning styles
• A range of coaching tools and techniques
• Measuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace
• Undertaking an extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace

Training will take place on four days commencing Tuesday 7th December and Tuesday 14th December. The final two days will be agreed amongst the participants. Venue will be Rowheath Pavilion, Heath Rd, Bournville, Birmingham B30 1HH.

The cost of the course is £650, and includes all of the training, supervision and qualification costs. (Note: we may be able to access funding to cover these costs if you have 5 employees or more.)

If two or more register together the cost is reduced by £50 for each participant.

The training will be complemented with 4 x supervision one to one sessions.
